शुनं हुवेम मघवानमिन्द्रमस्मिन्भरे नृतमं वाजसातौ । शृण्वन्तमुग्रमूतये समत्सु घ्नन्तं वृत्राणि संजितं धनानाम् ॥
Transliteration
śunáṃ huvema maghávānam índram asmín bháre nṛ́tamaṃ vā́jasātau | śṛṇvántam ugrám ūtáye samátsu ghnántaṃ vṛtrā́ṇi saṃjítam dhánānām ||
Translation
幸いのために、われらはこの戦いの担いにおいて、豊穣を勝ち取るに人中最勝なる施与者インドラを呼ぶ。願わくは彼、われらの声を聞き、戦場にて救いのために猛く、ヴリトラら障碍を撃ち、勝利して富を集むる者よ。
