समुद्रेण सिन्धवो यादमाना इन्द्राय सोमं सुषुतं भरन्तः । अंशुं दुहन्ति हस्तिनो भरित्रैर्मध्वः पुनन्ति धारया पवित्रैः ॥
Transliteration
samudréṇa síndhavo yā́damānā indrā́ya sómaṃ súṣutaṃ bhárantaḥ | aṃśúṃ duhanti hastíno bháritrair mádhvaḥ punanti dhā́rayā pavítraiḥ ||
Translation
河々は大海の広がりとともに動き、インドラのために善く搾られたソーマを運ぶ。彼らは手と器（担いの器）によって輝く精髄（aṃśu）を搾り出し、甘蜜の歓喜を、濾し器（pavitra）を通る流れによって清める。
