अयुज्रन्त इन्द्र विश्वकृष्टीर्विदानासो निष्षिधो मर्त्यत्रा । मरुतां पृत्सुतिर्हासमाना स्वर्मीळ्हस्य प्रधनस्य सातौ ॥
Transliteration
áyujranta indra viśvákṛṣṭīr vidānā́so niṣṣídho martyatrā́ | marútāṃ pṛtsutír hāsamānā́ svàrmīḷhasya prádhanasya sātáu ||
Translation
インドラよ、汝はあらゆる種族の民――知る者たち――を御車に繋ぎ、死すべき戦場において彼らが打ち伏せられぬようにした。マルト（Maruts）の戦いの衝動は、その力に笑みを含み、激突の勝利のため、征し難き光明の充溢を獲得するためにある。
