Transliteration

lagnam utkarṣataḥ khaḍgaṃ khaḍgena kapikuñjaraḥ |

jahāra saśirastrāṇaṃ kuṇḍalopahitaṃ śiraḥ ||6.98.33||

Translation

マホーダラが食い込んだ剣を引き抜こうともがくその時、スグリーヴァ—猿たちの中の象—は自らの刃で斬りつけ、兜に守られ耳輪で飾られたマホーダラの首を断った。
