tasya kruddhasya netrābhyāṃ prāpatann aśru-bindavaḥ |

dīpābhyām iva dīptābhyāṃ sa-rcīṣaḥ sneha-bindavaḥ ||

怒りに燃えるその両眼から涙の雫が落ちた――明るく燃え立つ二つの灯明から、油の滴が垂れるかのように。
