हताइन्द्रजितासीताइतिश्रुत्वैवराघवः ।हनूमद्वचनात्सौम्यततोमोहमुपागतः ।।।।

Transliteration

hatā indrajitā sīteti śrutvaiva rāghavaḥ |

hanūmadvacanāt saumya tato moham upāgataḥ ||

Translation

「おだやかな者よ。ハヌマーンの言葉から『シーターはインドラジットに殺された』と聞くや、ラाघヴァはたちまち迷妄に沈んだ。」
