nīlāñjanacayaprakhyaḥ śaraiḥ kāñcanabhūṣaṇaiḥ |

apīḍyamānaḥ śuśubhe meghaiḥ sūrya ivāṃśumān ||

Translation

青い墨の塊のように黒く、黄金の飾りをまとい、矢が林立していても苦しげではなかった。雲に覆われながらも光を放つ太陽のように、彼は輝いていた。
