クンバカルナよ。高き家に生まれながら、汝は無遠慮で卑しき心を持つ。驕りにうぬぼれて、いかなる事にも為すべき道理を見定められぬ。
"Kumbhakarna! Although you are born of noble race, you are insolent, seeing your low intellect in all aspects you have no knowledge of what should be done or not to be done."
It stresses that true nobility is shown by right discernment of duty (kṛtya) and humility; pride and base outlook obstruct dharmic judgment even if one is high-born.
It implies that arrogance blinds a person to truthful appraisal of what is right to do; without clear recognition of truth, one cannot reliably choose dharmic action.
