戦に勝ちしインドラジットは歓喜に満ち、ランカーの都へ入り、すべての羅刹たちを喜ばせた。
Indrajith, who is victorious in battles, feeling happy and creating happiness to all Rakshasas collected there entered the city of Lanka.
The verse cautions that joy founded on untruth is unstable: when triumph is celebrated before सत्य (truth) is known, it becomes a symptom of adharma’s self-deception.
Believing his mission successful, Indrajit returns into Laṅkā and boosts the morale of the rākṣasas.
The contrasted virtue is sober responsibility: true dharmic leadership avoids intoxication with victory and remains anchored in truth and right means.
