Indrajit’s Concealed Assault and the Fall of Rama and Lakshmana
तंभीममार्गमाणादिशोदशःवेगाहरयोनाराचैःक्षतविग्रहाः ।अन्धकारेनददृशुर्मेघैस्सूर्यमिवावृतम् ।।6.45.6।।
taṃ bhīmam ārgamāṇā diśo daśa vegā harayo nārācaiḥ kṣatavigrahāḥ |
andhakāreṇa na dadṛśuḥ meghaiḥ sūryam ivāvṛtam ||6.45.6||
恐れに駆られて疾走し、十方を探し回ったものの、鉄の矢に身を裂かれたヴァーナラの戦士たちは、闇の中で彼を見いだせなかった。雲に覆われた太陽のように。
All those monkeys, exceedingly rejoiced, held huge trees, and went in ten directions searching and sprang to the sky.
It highlights how adharma can operate by obscuring truth (satya): when clarity is hidden, righteous forces must endure pain and continue seeking what is right.
The Vānara troops, wounded by iron arrows, fail to locate Indrajit because he is concealed by darkness.
