बलेनयेनवैसीतांमाययाराक्षसाधम ।यामतिक्रामयित्वात्वंहृतवांस्तद्विदर्शय ।।6.41.67।।
balena yena vai sītāṃ māyayā rākṣasādhama |
mām atikrāmayitvā tvaṃ hṛtavān tad vidarśaya ||6.41.67||
卑劣なるラाक्षサよ!力と幻術によって我を欺き、シーターを奪い去ったその手立て――いま示してみよ。
"O lowly Rakshasa! By deceiving me you took away Sita. Display that strength now."
Dharma in combat and conduct rejects cowardly deceit used against the unprepared. The verse contrasts trickery with the expectation of open confrontation and accountability.
Rāma challenges Rāvaṇa to rely on the same ‘power’ and ‘māyā’ he used during Sītā’s abduction, now that a direct battle is at hand.
Rāma’s insistence on truthful, face-to-face trial of strength—valor aligned with satya rather than manipulation.
