adbhutaś ca vicitraś ca teṣām āsīt samāgamaḥ | tatra vānarasainyānāṃ śalabhānām iva udyamaḥ ||6.41.49||

彼らの集いは驚くべき妙なるものであった。そこではヴァーナラの軍勢が、蝗（いなご）の群れのように一斉に躍り動いた。
