Transliteration

tau parasparam āsādya yattāv anyonyasūdane |

mārjārāv iva bhakṣyārthe vitasthāte muhur muhuḥ ||

Translation

互いに迫り、相手を滅ぼさんとする二人は、幾度も幾度も前後に飛び交った。まるで餌を求めて獲物の周りを巡る猫のように。
