そののち、法を体したラーマは、政道に通じ、猿たちの王とラクシュマナに深く敬われて、ふたたび語り始めた。
There after righteous Rama who is well respected by the king of vanaras and also by Lakshmana, who is well-versed in polity once again spoke.
Rama is called 'Arthakovida' (expert in polity and strategy) because he balances his adherence to Dharma with the practical necessities of war and statecraft, ensuring his actions are both righteous and strategically sound.
It signifies that true authority in Dharma is established through mutual respect and virtue. Rama is honored not just as a commander, but as a righteous soul (Dharmatma), illustrating that leadership is sustained by the leader's moral character.
