नवासवेनापिसहस्रचक्षुषायथास्मिशक्योवरुणेनवास्वयम् ।यमेनवाधर्षयितुंशराग्निनामहाहवेवैश्रवणेनवापुन: ।। ।।

Transliteration

na vāsavenāpi sahasracakṣuṣā yathāsmi śakyo varuṇena vā svayam |

yamena vā dharṣayituṃ śarāgninā mahāhave vaiśravaṇena vā punaḥ ||

Translation

大いなる戦において、我が矢の火を耐え忍べる者はない――千眼のヴァーサヴァ（インドラ）でさえ、ヴァルナそのものも、ヤマも、さらにヴァイシュラヴァナ（クベーラ）も同様である。
