त्यक्तधर्मव्रतंशूरंनृशंसमनृतंतथा ।।।।नाहमर्होऽस्मिसंस्कर्तुंपरदाराभिमर्शिनम् ।

Transliteration

tyaktadharmavrataṃ śūraṃ nṛśaṃsam anṛtaṃ tathā |

nāham arho'smi saṃskartuṃ paradārābhimarśinam ||

Translation

「彼はダルマと聖なる誓いを捨て、暴虐で無慈悲、しかも虚言の者であり、他人の妻にまで手を染めた。そのような者のために葬送の儀礼を行うに、私はふさわしくない。」
