Lament of the Rākṣasa Women upon Seeing Rāvaṇa Slain

阿修羅にも神々にも、さらには蛇族にさえ恐れを知らなかった者が――今や、ただの人間から恐怖を受けることとなった。
"He, who did not know fear from Asuras or Uragas, experienced fear from a mortal."
Arrogance that ignores moral law leads to downfall; dharma can operate through seemingly ordinary instruments, and truth prevails even when embodied in a ‘mere human’.
The mourners reflect on the reversal of fortune: the once-fearless Rāvaṇa is brought to fear and destruction by Rāma.
Rāma’s moral authority and disciplined courage—human yet aligned with dharma—are underscored as stronger than demonic intimidation.
