राघव-रावणयोः घोर-द्वैरथ-युद्धम्
The Fierce Chariot-Duel of Rama and Ravana
प्रायुध्येतामविच्छिन्नमस्यन्तौसव्यदक्षिणम् ।।6.109.26।।चक्रतुश्चशरैर्घोरैर्निरुच्छवासमिवाम्बरम् ।
prāyudhyetām avicchinnam asyantau savya-dakṣiṇam |
cakratuś ca śarair ghorair nirucchvāsam ivāmbaram ||6.109.26||
二人は途切れることなく戦い、左右から矢を放ち続けた。恐るべき矢によって、天空は息もできぬほどに塞がれ、矢の飛翔の間に隙がなかった。
Discharging from right and left, the two heroes without break vehemently released dreadful arrows that covered the sky and left no breathing space between them.
