Transliteration

kharāś ca khara-nirghoṣā gagane paruṣā ghanāḥ |

autpātikāni nardantaḥ samantāt paricakramuḥ ||

Translation

凶兆を帯びた恐ろしい雲が、荒々しく重く、空で驢馬のように耳障りに鳴き、四方を巡って戦の不吉な兆しを告げた。
