शोणितार्द्रमिमंवीरंप्राणैःप्रियतरंमम ।पश्यतोममकाशक्तिर्योद्धुंपर्याकुलात्मनः ।।।।
śoṇitārdram imaṃ vīraṃ prāṇaiḥ priyataram mama | paśyato mama kā śaktir yoddhuṃ paryākulātmanaḥ ||
命よりも大切なこの英雄が血にまみれているのを見ると、私の心はかき乱されます。どうして戦う力など湧いてくるでしょうか。
"You who are of truthful valour having made a vow, now speaking in this way, like a lowly person is not appropriate."
