महत्या कुथयास्तीर्णां पृथिवीलक्षणाङ्कया।पृथिवीमिव विस्तीर्णां सराष्ट्रगृहमालिनीम्।।5.9.26।।

Transliteration

mahatyā kuthayāstīrṇāṃ pṛthivīlakṣaṇāṅkayā |

pṛthivīm iva vistīrṇāṃ sarāṣṭragṛhamālinīm ||5.9.26||

Translation

そこには大地のしるしを思わせる文様の、広大な敷物が敷き広げられていた。まるで世界そのものが展開したかのように、国々や町々、家並みが花輪の列のように連なっていた。
