Sita’s Counsel on Honor, Rescue-Strategy, and Hanuman’s Reassurance
मम चाप्यल्पभाग्यायास्सान्निध्यात्तव वीर्यवन्।अस्य शोकविपाकस्य मुहूर्तं स्याद्विमोक्षणम्।।।।
mama cāpy alpabhāgyāyāḥ sānnidhyāt tava vīryavan |
asya śokavipākasya muhūrtaṁ syād vimokṣaṇam ||
そして不運なこの身には、力ある御方よ、あなたの御臨在こそが、この熟しきった悲嘆の重荷から、せめてひとときの解放を与えてくださるでしょう。
'You will hear before long the shouts of generals of the vanaras who resemble rainclouds on the mountain roaring like lions from the Malaya mountain of Lanka.
Dharma is expressed as mutual support: the righteous do not abandon the afflicted; even a brief, truthful reassurance can be a moral act of care.
