यद्यप्यकृतकृत्यानामीदृश स्स्यादुपक्रमः।भवेत्स दीनवदनो भ्रान्तविप्लुतमानसः।।।।

Transliteration

yady apy akṛtakṛtyānām īdṛśaḥ syād upakramaḥ |

bhavet sa dīna-vadano bhrānta-vipluta-mānasaḥ ||

Translation

たとえ未だ事を成し得ぬ者たちがこのように帰還したとしても、彼はうなだれた顔で、心は迷い揺らぎ、沈痛の相を呈したであろう。
