彼は進んで縛られることも、敵の勇士たちに力ずくで取り押さえられることも受け入れ、固く決めた――「もし羅刹の王が好奇心から私に会おうとするなら、それでよい」。
Bound by the enemy warriors, Hanuman, decided to bear all humiliations, thinking, 'May be the demon king might come to see me out of curiosity if he is so disposed'.
Dharma here is disciplined self-control: Hanumān endures humiliation and constraint not from weakness, but to serve the higher righteous mission (meeting the enemy-king and advancing Rāma’s cause).
After being captured, Hanumān chooses not to resist further, hoping the commotion will lead to an audience with Rāvaṇa.
Strategic patience (kṣamā with purpose): the ability to tolerate hardship to achieve a dharmic objective.
