प्रदानम् — The Signet Jewel as Proof and the Consolation of Sita
क्षिप्रमेष्यति काकुत्स्थो हार्यृक्षप्रवरैर्वृतः।यस्ते युधि विजित्यारीन्शोकं व्यपनयिष्यति।।।।
kṣipram eṣyati kākutstho hāry-ṛkṣa-pravarair vṛtaḥ | yas te yudhi vijityārīn śokaṃ vyapanayiṣyati ||
カークッツタは速やかに来られ、最上のヴァーナラと熊たちに囲まれておられる。戦場で汝の敵を打ち破り、汝の悲しみを払い去られるであろう。
"Kakutstha Rama, accompanied by vanaras and bears will reach here soon and conquer the enemies in war and relieve your grief.
Dharma as protection: the righteous king-warrior removes the suffering of the innocent by defeating unjust aggression.
Hanumān consoles Sītā, promising that Rāma will arrive soon with allies and defeat Rāvaṇa’s forces.
Rāma’s role as protector—courage used to restore justice and relieve distress.
