satyadharmaparaḥ śrīmān saṅgrahānugrahe rataḥ | deśakālavibhāgajñaḥ sarvalokapriyaṁvadaḥ ||

Translation

彼は真実とダルマに専心し、繁栄に恵まれている。人々を慈しみ支えるために資を集めることを喜び、場所と時の正しい分別を知り、語る言葉は万民に愛される。
