Sita Tests the Messenger; Hanuman Offers Reassurance
अपकृष्याश्रमपदान्मृगरूपेण राघवम्।शून्ये येनापनीतासि तस्य द्रक्ष्यसि यत्फलम्।।।।
apakṛṣyāśramapadān mṛgarūpeṇa rāghavam ।
śūnye yenāpanītāsi tasya drakṣyasi yatphalam ॥
あなたはその者の報いを見るだろう。鹿の姿でラグハヴァを庵の地から誘い離し、荒れた場所へあなたを連れ去った者の、その果てを。
"You will see the consequences of the action of Ravana who abducted you deceitfully in the form of deer when Rama was away from the hermitage.
Karma-phala linked to adharma: deception and abduction inevitably yield consequences; wrongdoing carries its own destined result.
Hanumān assures Sītā that the abductor’s deceitful act will soon bear its result through Rāma’s response.
Rāma’s commitment to justice—bringing consequences upon wrongdoing and rescuing the oppressed.
