Transliteration

śreyo me jīvitān martuṃ vihīnāyā mahātmanaḥ | rāmād akliṣṭacāritrāc chūrāc chatrunibarhaṇāt ||

Translation

高潔な行いをし、英雄であり、敵を滅ぼす偉大なる魂を持つラーマと離れ離れになった私にとって、死は生に勝るものです。
