समुद्रलङ्घनारम्भः
Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing
हृतहृत्सा हनुमतापपात विधुराम्भसि।तां हतां वानरेणाशु पतितां वीक्ष्य सिंहिकाम्।।।।भूतान्याकाशचारीणि तमूचुः प्लवगोत्तमम्।
hṛtahṛtsā hanumatā papāta vidhurāmbhasi |
tāṃ hatāṃ vānarēṇāśu patitāṃ vīkṣya siṃhikām ||
bhūtāny ākāśacārīṇi tam ūcuḥ plavagottamam |
ハヌマーンに心臓を引き裂かれ、哀れなシンヒカーはたちまち海へと落ちた。猿によって速やかに討たれ、墜ちた彼女を見て、虚空を行く諸存在は、跳躍の第一者に語りかけた。
