durgām ikṣvākuśārdūlaḥ kiṣkindhāṃ girisaṅgaṭe ||

Translation

そのとき、イクシュヴァーク族の虎は、キシュキンダー—猿王の大いなる都—を目にした。軍勢が満ち、近づき難く、山々の狭間に据えられていた。
