シーターを見いだせぬまま、法にかなうラーマは—長き腕、蓮華の眼をもつ御方—悲嘆に心を奪われ、嘆き叫んだ。
The righteous, the long-armed,lotus-eyed Rama, unable to see Sita wept with his senses overwhilmed by grief.
Dharma is compatible with human vulnerability: the epic portrays the dharmātmā hero as genuinely affected by loss, making righteousness a lived struggle rather than an emotionless ideal.
The narrative transitions into the next chapter, summarizing Rāma’s continued lament as he cannot find Sītā.
Rāma’s dharmic identity (dharmātmā) alongside his deep capacity for love and grief.
