मम सञ्जातरोषस्य मुखं दृष्ट्वैव मैथिलि।विद्रवन्ति परित्रस्तास्सुराश्शक्रपुरोगमाः।।।।
mama sañjāta-roṣasya mukhaṃ dṛṣṭvaiva maithili |
vidravanti paritrastāḥ surāḥ śakra-purogamāḥ ||
彼は言い放った。「マイティリーよ、怒りが起こった時の我が顔を見ただけで、シャクラ(インドラ)を先頭とする神々でさえ恐れて逃げ去るのだ。」
