उत्पातदर्शनं खरसैन्यसमागमश्च
Omens of calamity and the approach of Khara’s army
स चापमुद्यम्य महच्छरानादाय वीर्यवान्।बभूवावस्थितस्तत्र ज्यास्वनैः पूरयन्दिशः।।।।
sa cāpam udyamya mahat śarān ādāya vīryavān | babhūvāvasthitas tatra jyā-svanaiḥ pūrayan diśaḥ ||
勇猛なるラーマは大弓を掲げ、矢を取り、そこに揺るぎなく立って、弦音の響きで四方を満たした。
