तत्र मासं वसेद्धीरो नियतो नियताशनः । ब्रह्मलोकं व्रजेद्राजन्पुनीते च कुलं पुनः
tatra māsaṃ vaseddhīro niyato niyatāśanaḥ | brahmalokaṃ vrajedrājanpunīte ca kulaṃ punaḥ
王よ、堅固なる者は戒めを守り、食を節して、そこに一月住すべし。しかるのちブラフマローカ(Brahmaloka)に至り、ふたたびその一族を清める。

It recommends residing at the sacred place for one month with self-restraint (niyata) and regulated diet (niyatāśana).
The verse states that the practitioner attains Brahmaloka and also purifies their family lineage.
