सर्वेंद्रियाणि संयम्य आत्मज्ञानेन गोपयेत् । तस्य ध्यानप्रविष्टा सा एकभूता समाहिता

sarveṃdriyāṇi saṃyamya ātmajñānena gopayet | tasya dhyānapraviṣṭā sā ekabhūtā samāhitā

すべての感官を制し、自己の智によってそれらを守るべきである。するとその覚知は瞑想の中へと入り、一境となって、完全に統一される。
