तवार्थे नित्यसंयुक्तः स्नेहेन वरवर्णिनि । सुकलोवाच । बाल्यं नास्त्यपि जीवस्य तारुण्यं नास्ति जीविते
tavārthe nityasaṃyuktaḥ snehena varavarṇini | sukalovāca | bālyaṃ nāstyapi jīvasya tāruṇyaṃ nāsti jīvite
汝がため、麗しき肌の人よ、愛により我は常に汝の益に結ばれている。スカラは言った。「生あるものの命において幼年はほとんどなく、青春もまた生のうちにわずかしかない。」
