Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It declares Kapilahrada as a tirtha where the Lord’s presence is specially accessible, and teaches that bathing there becomes spiritually fruitful when paired with inner restraint and focused mind.
Bhakti is implied as ‘sānnidhya’—seeking the Lord’s nearness—achieved not only by visiting a holy place but by approaching it with a disciplined, reverent mind that can truly perceive the divine presence.
Ritual practice (tīrtha-snānā) is emphasized: the verse highlights the correct inner qualification—saṃyata-mānasa (mental restraint)—as essential to make the external rite spiritually effective.
