गंगा मे सर्वतो भूयात्त्वयि गंगेऽस्तु मे स्थितिः । आदौ त्वमंते मध्ये च सर्वा त्वं गांगते शिवे ॥ ८३ ॥
gaṃgā me sarvato bhūyāttvayi gaṃge'stu me sthitiḥ | ādau tvamaṃte madhye ca sarvā tvaṃ gāṃgate śive || 83 ||
願わくは聖なるガンガーが四方より我を包まんことを。おおガンガーよ、我が安住は汝のうちにあれ。汝は始めに、終わりに、そして中ほどにも在る—吉祥なる御方よ、ガンガーの娘よ、まことに汝は一切である。
