徳高き王――諸王の頂の宝珠――に対してなされたその敵対の行いは、その罪の奔流によって汝の破滅を招いた。汝の呪詛に焼かれ、汝は灰の残りとなった。

It teaches that adharma directed toward a virtuous person rebounds through its own pāpa-vega (momentum of sin), bringing inevitable downfall; even a curse becomes the instrument through which karma ripens.
By implication, it upholds reverence for the righteous and protection of dharma—core supports for bhakti—since hostility toward the dharmic destroys one’s inner purity needed for devotion.
Primarily Dharma-śāstra ethics rather than a specific Vedāṅga: the practical takeaway is disciplined speech and action (avoiding pratīpa-karman), because moral causality governs outcomes like a law.
