एवं प्रघुष्टे भूपेन सर्वभूमौ द्विजोत्तमाः । गच्छिद्भिः संकुलो मार्गः कृतो कृतो लोकैर्हरेर्द्विजाः ॥ १३ ॥
evaṃ praghuṣṭe bhūpena sarvabhūmau dvijottamāḥ | gacchidbhiḥ saṃkulo mārgaḥ kṛto kṛto lokairharerdvijāḥ || 13 ||
王がこのように国土のすみずみまで高らかに布告させたとき、ああ最勝の再生者たちよ、道は幾度も旅立つ人々でひしめき合った――ハリ(ヴィシュヌ)に帰依する者たちである、ああバラモンたちよ。
