この聖なる地はまことにケーシャヴァの御領であると、古の賢者たちはプラーナに説かれるままに知っている。おお最勝の二度生まれよ、ここはマーダヴァの恩寵により守られ、包まれている。

Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It asserts Purāṇic authority that the kṣetra belongs to Viṣṇu (Keśava) and teaches that the sanctity and protection of the place arise from Mādhava’s grace, making pilgrimage and worship there spiritually potent.
By identifying the kṣetra as Keśava’s own and emphasizing divine grace (kṛpā), the verse frames bhakti as reliance on Viṣṇu’s compassionate presence—devotion is strengthened through reverence for His abode and remembrance of His names (Keśava/Mādhava).
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; its practical takeaway is Purāṇic pramāṇa (scriptural testimony) used to validate tīrtha-dharma—how tradition authorizes the status of a kṣetra for pilgrimage and worship.
