Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It states a specific remedial rite: by performing the prescribed act, the sin incurred by either party is greatly diminished (to one-hundredth), emphasizing ritual purification (prāyaścitta) through correctly chosen offerings.
Bhakti here is expressed as disciplined obedience to sacred injunctions—offering the prescribed pure substance with faith and intention—showing that devotion is not only emotion but also correct sacred practice.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied: it specifies the correct dravya (milk with sugar) and its proper application for a named rite/recipient, illustrating rule-based ritual performance.
