王よ、冷たい水をそそぎかけられて、彼女は意識を取り戻した。あらゆる傷や打撲には、水を散らして施すことが益ありと説かれる。
Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It highlights water (vāri) as a dharmic, purifying, life-restoring medium—used both practically (reviving consciousness) and ritually (cooling, cleansing, stabilizing prāṇa) in sacred contexts.
Indirectly, it reflects bhakti’s ethic of compassionate service: simple, sattvic remedies (like cool water sprinkling) become acts of care aligned with dharma, supporting devotees and pilgrims in tirtha settings.
It most closely aligns with Kalpa (practical procedure) in prescribing an actionable upāya—vāri-prasecana—for managing injuries, reflecting applied dharmic protocol rather than grammar or astrology.
