おお大牟尼よ、順序立てて説かれるところによれば、冬に太陽が黄に見え、雨季に淡い白となり、夏に赤みを帯びるとき、恐れが起こる――病を招き、雨の乏しさへの不安をもたらす。
Sanatkumara (addressing Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhayanaka
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It frames cosmic phenomena (the Sun’s altered hue) as dharmic warnings, urging vigilance, remedial rites, and a life aligned with Dharma when signs of disease or drought appear.
While not explicitly teaching Bhakti, it supports a bhakti-informed response to adversity: seeing omens as prompts to increase prayer, purity, and reliance on the Divine order rather than panic.
Jyotiṣa (Vedanga astrology/astronomy): reading seasonal solar coloration as a nimitta (omen) indicating likely outbreaks of illness and risk of anāvṛṣṭi (insufficient rain).
