Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It directs the mind to a concrete, auspicious form of Lord Viṣṇu—ornamented and bearing divine emblems—supporting devotional meditation (dhyāna) that purifies the heart and leads toward mokṣa.
By describing Viṣṇu’s recognizable attributes (crown, ornaments, and weapons), it enables focused remembrance (smaraṇa) and visualization, a key bhakti practice for steadying devotion and dissolving worldly distraction.
Primarily śikṣā/phonetics and correct recitation value is implied through precise naming of emblems (Śārṅga, śaṅkha, gadā, khaḍga), supporting accurate mantra-led dhyāna; no direct technical instruction in a Vedāṅga is given in this verse.
