Adhyaya 85 — The Gods’ Hymn to the Goddess and the Emergence of Kaushiki; Shumbha Sends His Envoy
द्योत्स्नायै चेन्दुरूपिण्यै सुखायै सततं नमः ।
कल्याण्यै प्रणतां वृद्ध्यै सिद्ध्यै कुर्मो नमो नमः ॥
dyotsnāyai cendurūpiṇyai sukhāyai satataṃ namaḥ / kalyāṇyai praṇatāṃ vṛddhyai siddhyai kurmo namo namaḥ
月光そのものであり、月の姿を取り、歓喜である御方に、常に礼拝する。カリヤーニー（Kalyāṇī）に、礼拝する者を増益せしめる御力に、シッディ（Siddhi）に――幾度も幾度も礼拝を捧げる。
