यैः सन्त्यज्य पितृस्नेहं धनलुब्धैर्निराकृतः ।
पतिस्वजनहार्दं च हार्दि तेष्वेव मे मनः ॥
yaiḥ santyajya pitṛ-snehaṃ dhana-lubdhair nirākṛtaḥ |
pati-svajana-hārdaṃ ca hārdi teṣv eva me manaḥ ||
「財に貪って私を捨てた者たち——子が父に捧ぐべき愛情さえ棄て——夫婦の情けも親族の慈しみも退けたというのに、私の心はなお彼らのみに寄りかかっているのです。」
