ततो नियोगं तं याम्ये चकार तिमिरापहः ॥

Transliteration

dharmadṛṣṭir yataś cāsau samo mitre tathāhite / tato niyogaṃ taṃ yāmye cakāra timirāpahaḥ

Translation

そしてそのダルマ・ドリシュティが、友にも敵にも等しく偏りなき者であったゆえに、闇を払う者（太陽）は彼をヤマに関わる職務・任務に任じた。
