Adhyaya 40The Yogin’s Impediments (Upasargas), Subtle Concentrations, and the Eight Siddhis

भूतवर्गादवाप्नोति शब्दाद्यैः ह्रियते न च ।

न चास्य सन्ति शब्दाद्यास्तद्भोक्ता तैर् न युज्यते ॥

bhūtavargād avāpnoti śabdādyaiḥ hriyate na ca / na cāsya santi śabdādyās tadbhoktā tair na yujyate

それは諸元素の類によって到達される(すなわち影響される)こともなく、また音声など(感官の対象)によって運び去られることもない。実に、それにとっては音声などは存在せず、そしてその境域の体験者として、それはそれらに繋がれてはいない。
