दौहित्रृत्विग्जामातृस्वस्त्रीयाः श्वशुरस्तथा ।

पञ्चाग्निकर्मनिष्ठश्च तपोनिष्ठो 'थ मातुलः ॥

Transliteration

dauhitra-ṛtvij-jāmātṛ-svastrīyāḥ śvaśuras tathā /

pañcāgni-karma-niṣṭhaś ca tapo-niṣṭho 'tha mātulaḥ

Translation

また適任なのは、娘の子（外孫）、祭式を執行する司祭、婿、姉妹の子、同様に岳父である。さらに、pañcāgni（五火）の行を守る者、苦行に励む者、そして母方の叔父もまた然り。
